David was the ultimate punster, and I could never figure out how he could come up with them so quickly, whether they were good or bad (although they were typically eye-roll worthy). Whether you laughed or not, David enjoyed it, but it was also his nature, he could lighten the mood in any situation.
David was also up for any adventure, whether it was a trail run in the rain as it was just starting to get dark, or driving all the way to Colorado, spending less than 24 hours there to turn around towing a boat, he was game for whatever. He was also one of the kindest and funniest people you would ever meet and I am going to miss him so very much.
